Yesterday we went to Midway to celebrate Tara's birthday with salsa. There is this great Mexican restaurant there in Midway. I have actually eaten there twice. Once with work and once with Desiree when we celebrated getting scuba certified with shark tacos.
Each time I have gone there I have ordered something different. This time I got the shrimp, avocado & Mango salad. I got laughed at and almost slapped for getting a salad at a Mexican place, but I really wasn't in the mood to have Mexican food sitting in my tummy after all of the Japanese food AND the salad happened to be amazing. Many people didn't feel good after they ate. Guess who felt great? This girl.
The main reason we went to this place though is because they have a salsa bar. Seriously best idea ever right? YES! We went to town on trying all of the different salsa's. It didn't take us long before we had to ask for more chips. So good. I love salsa.
