Happy Nutella Day!

Yesterday was World Nutella Day! Last year I decided that I would try to always celebrate World Nutella day and try a recipe that uses Nutella. So.... I did just that. Last year I made the most wonderful Nutella Truffles. You can find them here. Tonight I decided to make Nutella Cupcakes. For this I actually used My Grandma's Banana Bread Recipe and put a scoop of Nutella in the middle kind of like these cupcakes.

After they baked for 25 minutes I frosted them with cream cheese frosting mixed with Nutella. YUM! Happy Nutella Day everyone. Go eat some Nutella!
