Well... I have pretty much blogged about the most exciting part of my week. I didn't really get to celebrate Halloween because I was so busy with work. On Halloween day, I work from 8am to 1am. Yeah... it was a long day. I did however get to celebrate a little bit by going to Witches Night out with Heather and doing Halloween dinner for the kids with my family on Sunday. So at least I had that. It was fun with Heather not only because we never go out and do fun things... the few times we have hung out has just been hang out at her and Dave's house... but Heather and I made our tutu's together before going out. So that was fun too. I had never made one before, but I loved how mine turned out and it was exactly what I wanted. Heather did great buying the colors.
Oh, also... on Friday before Halloween, they had the trick or treating at work for all the kids of everyone at work. They did it on Friday so that it didn't distract from quarter end (which was nice. I didn't pass out candy last year and I didn't pass out candy this year either. I know... I'm terrible. Just call me the grinch. The only kids I know that come through are Tyler's kids. They know me because of all of my years working with Tyler and horse back riding at their house and taking their family pictures and so on and so forth. So they ran up to me when they saw me so they could show me their costumes. It was cute. I of course didn't have candy to give them... but I told them they could draw on my board... and for some reason that seemed just as exciting as candy. Weird. Anyway... they were SUPER excited when they saw that I still had their drawings up from last Halloween. That is how much I don't use my white board. ha ha. So my favorite is that Ty wrote "Hello future Ty" ha ha... knowing that I probably won't erase this either. Although... this took over my entire board this time... so maybe I will erase some of it. We shall see.
Besides that... I have just been working. Sad... I hate not having anything fun to report in my confessions. I at least got to go back to train with Josh this week. I didn't like missing a week. I wasn't supposed to go Monday either because it was the last day of the quarter, but I snuck out and hoped that everyone would be too busy to notice. I mean... I don't feel too bad about it, I didn't take a lunch break and I knew I was going to be at work until all of the work was done (which ended up being 1am)... I just didn't want to miss leg day.
Another thing that happened this week is that my visiting teachers from my new family ward came over to see me. They stayed for 3 hours. ha ha. I didn't mind. I knew one of the girls because we were both in the singles ward together and the other one was a married girl that I obviously didn't know... and we did most of the talking. Anyway... it was nice to make a new friend in the ward since the ward still feel so strange and foreign to me.
The only other fun thing about this week was today. My boss sent us to a movie for an after q-end treat. We saw the Accountant and it was SOOOOO good. I loved it. Had a little twist at the end that I didn't expect. It was a fun movie. I would totally want to watch it again.
That is it! So short this week. I'm just too tired. I'm tired from work, I'm tired from training with Josh and I'm mentally tired from the election. I can't wait for it to be over so that I don't have to hear about it anymore... except that I know I will still have to hear about it for a while, but I really hope that people just accept whatever happens and move on with their lives so we can all be happy and live in peace. ha ha. I'm just so over it.
So I guess a vacation is coming at a perfect time huh? Yeah... I think so too. My boss is really freaking out on me about the trip about me getting kidnapped or killed. I wouldn't be nervous about this trip if everyone else were not so nervous for me. It should be fine... I'm just not looking forward to the long travel there and back by myself. Ugh! I guess it is better than not going.
Another week gone and the weather is still great! Not mad! Hope next week is a little more exciting. Probably won't be but here's to hoping next week is more than just work and the gym.

Don't get kidnapped or killed! ;)
I think you REALLY need a vacation. Good for you! I know what you mean about politics, half my Facebook friends are on one side and half of mine are on the other. I'm just over here going, "Oh, I'm in the Matrix. The stuff you care about is smoke and mirrors and not even real." Kinda.
