Shave Ice is definitely big in Utah. You can find little shacks serving them all around every city in Utah in the summer it feels like. I have to say though... I have never seen a bigger, or more busy one than this one. Maybe it is because it is so close to BYU campus... but this seems to be like the happening one.
Rachel and I went and got some after eating at the Greek food truck next door which was also delicious. I just love summer. Everything about it.
