So since I did my hard core diet... I had to come off it easy and was still not able to eat a lot of things. My friend Nate gave me this recipe for a good healthy breakfast that I could eat and I LOVE IT!!! It is so sweet and so good, you don't feel like you are eating something so healthy, but you are. Plus that... it makes your whole house smell so good. Here is what you need...
2 cups crushed pecans
2 cups slivered almonds
1 cup crushed walnuts
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 tbs vanilla flavoring
1 tbs cinnamon
1 cup coconut flour (you would have to get this at a health food store)
1 cup agave (also probably have to get at a health food store)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup coconut oil
Mix together, spread on cookie sheet, bake at 250 degrees for 40 stirring every 10 minutes. I have mine in a bowl with milk in the morning for breakfast, YUM!!
