Danish Pastry

With my left over Puff Pastry from making Shrimp Pot Pie's, I decided to make Danish Pastry's. I had just seen this on another blog a week or so before.... and it looked yummy... so why not try it. Especially when it is so easy. Ready? All you need is Puff Pastry, cream cheese and a Jam of your choice. I spread the cream cheese and jam on one half. Cut slits in the other half, fold it over and cook it in the oven for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Done and done! It was pretty tasty. During one of my many meetings at work on Tuesday I was eating my last pastry from the batch that I had made. When my co-workers saw me eating it they thought it looked yummy and asked what it was... they were so impressed that I made it. Ha ha... I let them be impressed and didn't tell them how simple it was.

Delish! I've done something like that without the cream cheese and homemade strawberry freezer jam.
