My roommate Tina's boy has been commenting to her that he thinks she should paint her toenails... so she asked me if I would go with her to get them done. I normally don't get pedicures in the winter because my feet are always covered because its freezing, however the high maintenance part of me never turns down an opportunity to get a pedicure.
After work on Tuesday, Tina and I went to the mall and were one of the last people in before they closed. We sat side by side as two Asian guys gave us pedicures and we sat in the massage chairs and watched Wheel of Fortune and read magazines (and Tina dropped one in her tub water). It was really nice. The guy giving my pedicure was VERY chatty and giggly. A very high pitched giggle. It made us laugh. I really should have gotten a picture of him.... but he just got pictures of us. Actually, he went to town taking pictures of us. ha ha.
Since this month is Valentines Day, I asked him to put a heart on my toes instead of flowers. He had never done this before. They were not what I was expecting, but still cute.
We then walked around the mall for the last little while that it was open in our pink sandals they gave us until our toes dried. We got a few funny looks... but whatever. What do I care. Oh right, I don't. I love pedicures!

Where do you get your pedicures done? I have a gift certificate for the Remedeez spa but don't know if they are any good. Your thoughts?
