We made this for FHE one week. I thought it was good, so I asked her for the recipe. She wrote it on a napkin... but I am pretty sure I got it right. :o) Another one of those easy and delicious dishes.
* Cook two cups of rice
* Cook 6 chicken breasts in a pan
In a separate bowl - Mix together
* Half a cube of butter (melted)
* 1 package of Ritz Crackers (crushed)
* 2 Tablespoons of poppy seeds
In separate bowl - Mix together
* 16 oz of Sour Cream
* Cream of Chicken Soup
Directions
* Put rice on the bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Then layer cream then chicken, then rice then cream then chicken then crackers for topping. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

I typically never make this, but every time I've had it I think its really good! Good Idea posting the recipe... I think it's one of those forgotten recipes that used to be made all the time...
I wonder if my kids would eat this?
