Frosted Window Panes

We have an ugly little window next to the door. I'm not sure why they design some houses that way... but I hate it. I think it's stupid. Nobody likes having someone peep through the little window, but it's too awkward of a space to really cover up either.

I saw this idea on Pinterest. Of course... this is where most ideas come from these days. To make snowflakes out of hot glue on the window. I thought it was such a pretty way to decorate with snowflakes instead of paper which is what most people do. I came home on my lunch break today to do it because I needed the window to be warmer so the hot glue wouldn't crack the window.

It was a little harder than I thought it was going to be, but I love how it turned out. It looks so pretty with the sun shinning through it. People can still peep through the window... it doesn't really cover it by any means... but at least it makes an awkward ugly window a little prettier.
