Curtains

Last night, we had a girls night out. I was lucky enough to be invited with this lovely group of ladies to drive to SLC and go to the Hale Center Theater to see the musical "Curtains". I had never heard of it before. I guess it is still pretty new and playing on Broadway right now. My friend Nicole's sister played one of the main roles. I have to say that I loved it. I now need to get the soundtrack. The music is very fun. The musical is a comedy, but also a murder mystery. My favorite character was the detective. He was charming and funny and also the star of the show. The show just has you smiling and laughing the whole way through. I recommend it. Although... I heard they did some editing in language for the Utah audience. So I don't know what it is like on Broadway. I am pretty sure I would see it again regardless. Loved it.

After the show we all went to McDonald's (cheap & fast) for some dessert and ended up getting food too before we headed back to Provo. It was a late night... but totally fun and worth it.

So fun! I've heard of this, but haven't seen or heard any music from it. Nice to know it is a good one.

So I have really wanted to go see it also, I have free tickets cause i am friends with the director, but I cant cause I dated the lead Paul Cartwright and Jared HATES him so that show is out for me, but he is a good actor and I bet it was amazing!
