Since I had those two cans of beans that didn't seal, I thought I would make chili today. It was nice because it was kind of a windy day... so it really hit the spot. Plus, crock pot meals are the best on Sunday. You throw it all in the pot in the beginning of the day and when you get back from church and don't feel like making anything and you are hungry... well... your meal is smelling good and waiting for you to eat. Chili is great too because it is pretty hard to mess up. You just throw in a bunch of cans of this and that and you have yourself some yummy chili. Today's Chili turned out really good and my roommates really loved it too. Here is what I put in this time.
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Sweet Corn
Handful of Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Chili Beans
1 Can Pinto Beans (I put in my canned beans)
Italian Sausage
1 Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Cumin
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Bay Leaves
1 tsp Oregano
Salt & Pepper
1 Chopped Bell Pepper

Looks really good...I will probably be making it later this week when it (unfortunately) gets cold again.
