Another part of Lorelie's week birthday celebration, on Friday we went to Thanksgiving Point to the Tulip Festival. I had heard of this before, but had never gone. I was able to leave work a couple hours early (which is golden on a Friday because I am always antsy to leave by then anyway) and it was a beautiful and warm day. Not everything is completely green and in bloom yet, but most of the flowers were out and beautiful. The gardens at Thanksgiving Point are beautiful, I can't believe I had never been before. SO much to do in Utah County... it is amazing that I have lived here for 7 years and still do new fun things all of the time. It was a great day and I loved seeing all the beautiful flowers and enjoying God's creations. I took A LOT of pictures.... but don't want to bombard you on my blog.... so I will be posting on facebook (if you are interested in seeing them).

Looks like a perfect photo op!! Adam and I have been needing to beef up our photography skills, we just got a new camera and we need to play around with it. How much were tickets?
It was $10 to get in.
Alan and I are hoping to go tonight for FHE. He has been promising me for years.
You totally inspired me to go to this. I've wanted to go forever. So, I called my mom and HOPEFULLY she's gonna come enjoy it with me! In other news....question? Where did you get the "I belong" button on the side of your blog?
