This is a little bit of a process, but its my favorite jello!
7 Layer Jello
3oz - strawberry
3oz - lemon
3oz - lime
3oz - orange
6 packets knox gelatin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c water
4 1/2 c hot water
1. Dissolve 1 pkt gelatin in 1/4 c water. Add strawberry & 3/4 c hot water. Pour into 9X13 pan & refrigerate 20 mins or till set
2. Dissolve 2 pkts gelatin in 1/2 c water. Add 1 can sweetened condensed milk & 1 1/2 cboiling water. Pour 1 cup milk mixture over strawberry layer & refrigerate 20 mins until set. (milk mixture is enough for 3 layers)
3. Repeat with lime, lemon & end with orange jello with milk mixture inbetween.

I love this jello too, but I just never have the idea to make it.
I LOVE this jello! It's my aunts specialty. I've made it and it takes FOREVER and getting all of the layers to be straight and even is hard. I realized our shelves in our fridge are not straight. Boo. Don't worry. I rigged something up in the fridge. Chuck thought I was nuts until I told him why. Love, love that jello though. Yum!
