We like to get festive at our house. Decorating is fun and decorating for the Holidays is even more fun... because it gets to be up for just that month.
I get many cute and fun ideas off of Pintrest. I got these ideas from Pintrest. Thank you Pintrest, I heart you.
First idea I copied from Pintrest were these cute little Valentines lamps. All you do is mod podge the inside of a plastic cup with Valentines Day Tissue paper. Then you put a battery tea light inside a wine glass and then set the cup on top. Bam!
The other idea I got was the branch idea with the clips to hang things from the branches. I got some branches from some trees behind our house, put it in a vase full of candy hearts. Then I painted the clips red and printed some black and white pics of me and roommates and our adopted roommates. Hung the pictures along with the heart to match the lamps.
Honestly I liked the idea on Pintrest but wasn't sure if I would pull it off well with my other ideas I added. However, I like it. I think it turned out cute and it is a fun addition to our kitchen decorations. I will post about the rest of the decorations on another post. It is fun to be festive. Don't you think?

I love the tree! its so cute in our kitchen. It was so fun to come down the next morning and wake up to such a cute surprise!
