I got mail at work yesterday. That never happens. It was a little package, so I was excited to open it up. Guess what it was? A framed certificate for my 5 year anniversary at Novell. Yep, that's right. This month marks 5 years I have been at Novell. Isn't that crazy? I think it is crazy. Where in the world has that time gone?
I put it up on my shelf in my office with my other certificates I have gotten at work.
Thanks Novell for letting me work for you over the past 5 years. Thanks for being close to where I live. Thanks for giving me great co-workers. Thanks for the free gym. Thanks for paying for me to see so many movies and taking me to new restaurants and taking me on fun activities. Thanks for not firing me during all the big lay offs. Thanks for the window office and letting me watch Netflix while I work. Oh and thanks for all the paid vacation days so that I can travel and have fun.

SERIOUSLY. I cannot believe you have been there for 5 years! That is crazy. And yeah, they are a dream job. Lots to be thankful for.
