Back in November we had a ward auction to help raise money for families that didn't have money to spend on Christmas for their kids. I auctioned off "Glam Shots by Tracy". My photography kind of got that nick name because that is my calling at church... to take pictures of people for the ward directory. However... I don't just take pictures inside with a flash in front of a white wall... no no. I take people outside with the best lighting and I use my nice SLR camera. Therefore... everyone looks their best. We have a very fine looking directory of people.
So I auctioned this off thinking a girl would buy it. Girls like getting their picture taken... at least most girls do. Not my roommate McKenzie. She hates it and will pretty much never let me take her picture. I wasn't at the auction. I was in Southeast Asia. When I got back I found out that a dude had purchased my Glam shots. I wasn't sure how I felt about this at first....
Nathan happens to own an awesome motorcycle, so right away I thought that would be an awesome prop for the photoshoot and something I haven't done before. So we did the photoshoot last week. I wish I could have told him what to wear... but I was right... the motorcycle was an awesome prop. These are some of my favorite shots.
