When my weekend plans bail, I go do hikes by myself. Better than sitting at home feeling sorry for myself. There was a group message going out right as I was leaving and Stacey responded right away... so I took a chance and text him to ask him if he was doing anything. Before he could even respond I drove to his house and called him and told him to walk out his front door. He saw me there and laughed and grabbed his shoes and came with me. WHAT? That NEVER happens because he is always so busy. We had a great time! We always have fun chatting and hanging out. He doesn't hike much so he LOVED it. Here are a few of my favorite pics from the hike. Utah sure is beautiful isn't it?

That is seriously so great. What a beautiful place! And that moment you described getting Stacey to come with you sounds like something out of an after school special. I love it.
