I thought I would post another recipe from my dinner party in January. This was so yummy... I want to make it again. Great flavor. Enjoy!
Bruschetta
One loaf of French Bread
1 Tbsp of fresh Basil
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tomatoes (diced)
Parmesan Cheese & Pepper to Taste
Cut French Bread loaf into slices and toast. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and scoop onto each slice of bread. Ready to serve!
