Since I blogged about Massage School last week on my flashback, I thought I would continue and now blog about graduation from The American Institute of Medical-Dental Technology.
The graduation took place in April 2004 at the Provo Tabernacle (which recently this year was burned down). We actually were not done with school though until May... so that was interesting. At graduation for the school, they had one once a year and every department in the school was supposed to participate in the ceremony in some way. Either someone from that department would give a speech, or someone would do a musical number. I was volunteered to sing for my department. Kind of a lot of pressure, but I sang at my High School Graduation in front of a lot more people... so ... no big deal. I sang "When you come back down" by Nickel Creek and changed some of the words to it applied to graduation instead of love. ha ha.
Because half of my class came down from Idaho every week for school, they did not come to graduation, which I was really sad about. So, it was me and Missy and then only one of the girls from the class that graduated from the class that started before ours. Small group. So... we took pictures in our graduation robes after class one day so we could get a graduation picture even though we were not all going to be at graduation.
I was really grateful that I had a lot of love and support on my graduation day. My roommate Stacie came and watched me, my good friend Logan also came and my parents flew in from Santa Barbara. After graduation my parents took me and Logan out to dinner. It was really nice. It was a great graduation. :)
That was a really fun time of my life. I am really glad I went to school there and had the experiences that I did. I will forever remember that time and the people. JaLayn and I still keep in touch. I miss those girls.

How awesome. Is it bad that all I can think about is getting a massage from you right now? Ha ha.
