You saw how cute our house is for Valentines Day. I especially love how Rachel decorated the Dining Room Table. I made the sign in the back... besides that, everything is Rachel. We wanted to stick with my Paris themed kitchen so we did Paris Love. :) Not only do we love to have all of the decorations out, but we like to appreciate how beautiful the table is by having Holiday roommate dinners (and adopted roommates). This has become a very fun tradition and gets me to cook since I don't do a lot of that anymore.
What was on the menu? Well, I made Chicken Cordon Blue. I had not had it in a long time so I was in heaven. Tara made the salad, Tina made the rice, Rachel bought some yummy bread, Vicki was in charge of strawberry daiquiris and Rachel made the most delicious cheese cake. YUM! I love cheesecake. It was an amazing meal. After dinner we watched a chick flick (Crazy, Stupid Love).
