I love hanging out with my friends, but I look forward to spending time with my family on Sunday afternoon/evenings. I head over to my parents house after church anytime between 2:30 - 4 and stay until about 8. No matter what other social things are going on with my friends and the ward, I choose my family.
Every Sunday I go over to my parents house, I have the best greeting ever. My nieces and nephew are SO excited to see me. Grant always shouts out my name and runs and gives me a hug. What could make you feel better than that? Well, I will tell you what comes close. As my nieces get older, they become more and more creative. It is always fun to see what they are up to and cute games and activities they are thinking up. They are always making something or pretending and want everyone to be involved. It is fun to play along. I remember those days of make believe. What a great time of life.
This last Sunday my sister Kristy was showing me this cute new dresser she bought for Reanne, but first Sierra (age 6) wanted to show me her cute new earrings and one pair matched a shirt that she has that she was very excited about. When I walked down to Sierra & Grant's room, I saw these signs on the door. It made me laugh. Their dad is in the National Guard, so that is where this came from.
Then I was heading to Reanne's room to look at the dresser and saw these notes on the door. Which made me smile again.
All the sudden Reanne (age 9) is in the room asking me if I want to shop in her store and showing me everything that I can buy from a "macbook" to "pets". She even gave me money that she had made so I could purchase something at the store. It was all too cute.
Because of Reanne's "Cute Little Shop" I am now the proud owner of a new pet orange cat. :) They sure do make me smile. Nieces and Nephews are the best. I wish I got to see the rest of my nieces and nephews more often.

That is so fun. I remember doing stuff like that. What cuties.
Gwen has a green "macbook" made out of paper that she carries around. Dan made it for her at church.
PS Your hair looks awesome!
Awww, how fun! I really need to come visit again soon. I liked the sign "want to shoot guns? you came to the right place" Hahaha. You are so lucky to be close by to everyone. I wish you were closer to me to show me how to do my hair like yours too! Beautiful!
