Gilbert Temple Open House

I already blogged about my family all getting together in Arizona last week. Something I left out of that blog post was one of the reason's we all came when we did. Of course we all came for Ezra's baby blessing, but we also came for the Gilbert Temple Open House! I was just waiting to get my brother in law's (Dan) awesome pictures that he took. So photo credit for all of these pictures except like 2... go to Dan Hixon. I always hope I will be as good of a photographer as he is... but probably will never happen.

We all went Monday morning. It is a beautiful temple! I love the Arizona theme with it's decor. Almost the entire time I was holding Irelyn. I was so fun to see her reaction while we walked through. She was say a big WOAH when seeing the huge sparkly chandelier or anything she thought was pretty. I loved it. What a neat thing to do with the entire family.

After we walked through we took pictures. Some family shots. Some sibling shots.

My sisters... somehow we lined up in order of age. Not on purpose.

Some cute pictures I got of some family love I observed.

The whole family... minus Jess. We missed him. Sure love my family... and walking through the temple all together was just a reminder that our family is eternal, and I am so thankful for that. What a special experience. Happy we made this happen.

Aw, man! You included that picture where I look like 500 pounds! I know I just had a baby, but I look so different when I'm bloated and big. Not my favorite time to take pictures. Sorry.

With that rant out of the way, that was a really special day. I loved going through the new temple with my family, and I'm so glad you guys could all come.
